Served in the garden, among the orange trees and white roses — morning pancakes still warm, juices pressed to the minute, a silver teapot. When the terraces already have the sun, the tray goes up to the roofs.

There is no menu at Riad Zaouia 44: each morning the house chef comes back from the market and cooks a family-style Moroccan table, local and made to order. Tell us what you feel like — the house takes care of the rest.

The house has no fixed dining room: the table follows the light, and the hour sets the scene.

Lunch
In the shade of the patio, by the pool — lunch cooked to order, following the day's inspiration and whatever the market gave. You eat beneath the trees, the fountain murmuring behind you.
6 pm
The rooftop bar
Up on the roofs, the pergola lounges face the Medina and the Atlas. The bar presses fresh-fruit cocktails to the minute — and mint tea arrives on its tray as the light comes down.
8 pm
Dinner by candlelight
A white cloth, brass candlesticks, the day's tagine under its dome. Beside the fire in the depths of winter; up on the roofs, beneath the stars, while the city holds its warmth.

Wellbeing
Beneath the vaults, time slows down.
Below the lounges, the traditional hammam spreads its black tadelakt vaults, lit by candles set into the niches. Soft steam, unhurried hands: the Marrakchi ritual in its simplest form. Next door, the massage room stretches the pause beneath a painted ceiling.
