In 1995, Sophie Raynal, then an architecture student at the Beaux Arts de Paris, fell in love with Morocco during a trip to Marrakech. This trip revealed a passion for Morocco. She successively undertook the renovation of several houses in Marrakech, Oualidia and Tangier, with the requirement of authenticity, a taste for fine arts and architecture as her motto. A true aesthetic vision.
Sophie is no longer with us, but she has passed on to her family and her team the values of her sensitivity and humanism. It is all this, dear guests, that you will feel during your visit, and it is what we wish you from the depths of our hearts.
“Chez Sophie” are places where the guest is received as a friend, in a simple sharing of the same artistic tastes.
